We pick, pack and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order excluding weekends, and bank holidays.

Delivery Partners

World of Treatz offers DPD Express delivery, Envri, Parcel Force 48 & Royal Mail. Parcel tracking information is emailed to the customer upon dispatch.

Delivery Time Frame For UK Mainland Customers

DPD & Envri is usually delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Parcelforce 48 is delivered within 48 hours after dispatch.

Royal Mail 2nd Class is usually delivered within 2-4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery Prices For UK Mainland Customers

Our delivery prices are worked out by weight.

All orders over £60 automatically qualify for free shipping in the UK mainland only*.

*This offer for free shipping only allows one parcel (up to 25kg) free of charge. If your order is very big and it is over 25kg and requires additional parcels then we will contact you to cover the additional shipping costs which will be from £3.99 to £5.99 depending on the extra weight. We will try to keep the cost to a minimum and will only charge you what the courier charges us.

Parcels under 1.7kg are £3.99 sent via Royal Mail and take up to 3 to 4 working days to reach you after dispatch.

Parcels over 1.7kg and up to 10kg are £4.99 via DPD and Envri and can take up to 1-2 working days to reach you after dispatch.

Parcels over 10kg and up to a maximum of 25kg are £5.99 via DPD and

Parcelforce 48 and can take up to 1-2 working days to reach you after dispatch.

*Mainland UK is defined by the courier as England, Scotland, and Wales, excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Sicily Isles.

There will be additional delivery charges to the following shipping destinations including all remote area postcodes (we will contact you within 24 hours after you've placed your order for the additional amount to cover the delivery):

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland (postcodes from BT1-94), Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Sicily Isles, and Jersey.

*All delivery times are estimates and subject to the courier being able to deliver. Weather and unforeseen events may also cause a small delay.
