Q: If I place an order today, will it be sent out today?

A: If you place an order before 9 am we will dispatch your order the same working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive a notification of dispatch email from us which will have your courier's tracking link inside. The tracking link is only given if your order is being delivered by DPD. Royal Mail deliveries do not have tracking at the moment. If you place your order after 9 am or at the weekends and bank holidays then our warehouse team will dispatch your order the next working day. Q: Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Scilly Isles.?

A: Yes we do but there will be additional delivery charges applied to cover the courier costs. We will contact you within 12-24 hours after you've placed your order to take the additional payment. Please enquire if you require a quote before placing an order via email at sales@worldoftreatz.co.uk.

 

Q: Do you offer free delivery?

A: Yes, all orders over £60 qualify for free next-day (after dispatch) UK mainland delivery.

 

Q: Do you deliver on weekends?

A: As standard, no. DPD can deliver on a Saturday, but this comes with a surcharge on top of our standard delivery prices which will need to be paid (£4 per parcel). If you can only accept delivery on a Saturday, please get in touch with our customer service team via email at sales@worldoftreatz.co.uk or use the Live Chat Service found on the bottom left-hand corner of our website, who should be able to assist in arranging this. Royal Mail 2nd class delivery service doesn't include Saturday deliveries, but there is a chance they may deliver on a Saturday at their discretion.
